President

Ravi Sikand

Ravi brings over 35 years of experience in accounting, with more than three decades dedicated specifically to hospitality accounting.

He began his career with Marriott International as a Night Auditor and advanced through leadership roles, including Corporate Controller at Equinox Hospitality and Area Controller at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Ravi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Economics, and is highly proficient in applying GAAP principles to audits and financial reporting.

Since 2008, Ravi has focused on consulting within the hospitality industry, leveraging his extensive operational and financial expertise to support strategic initiatives and drive performance across diverse hotel portfolios.

Outside of his professional life, Ravi enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, often drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures and experiences he encounters along the way.

Michele Schaffer

Michele has over 25 years of experience in hospitality accounting, beginning her career in the industry as a bar manager before transitioning into financial management roles.

With a strong aptitude for numbers and leadership, she advanced to become Controller of a large full-service hotel, where she led the accounting team and oversaw complex financial operations. Michele has also provided consulting services for resorts and homeowners’ associations (HOAs), further broadening her expertise.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every engagement.

Outside of her professional life, Michele is an avid reader and a crafting enthusiast known for her creativity and problem-solving skills—whether she’s building something from scratch or fixing just about anything.

Her deep industry knowledge and collaborative approach make her a trusted partner to both property teams and company leadership.
